Important Guidelines

DO NOT contact the host university before the nomination and selection process; contacts and queries are only with the International Relations Office at Cairo University.

Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending institution.

Required Documents

A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.

The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home faculty.

How to Apply?

All the required documents should be sent as one clear PDF file by email in the following format:

Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)- (Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).

Email content: (self-introduction, name, date of birth ../../...., passport number, faculty, program applying for & list of attachments).
