Fields

§  A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.

§  The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home faculty. Click here:

§  It is important to get an invitation letter from a professor/ department at host University or proof of communication.

§  List of Erasmus+ Coordinators at faculties: https://www.polsl.pl/rn3-1-dwz-swm/en/faculty-coordinators/ 

§  Letter of motivation (No more than one page).

§  A copy of valid passport or ID.

§  Updated CV (Maximum 2 Pages).

§  Staff declaration signed and endorsed by the applicant. (Scan the QR code for the form).

Required Documents

All the required documents should be sent as ONE Clear PDF FILE  by email

vto mobility@iro.cu.edu.eg, as follows:

§  Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility)- (Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).

§  Email content: (Self Introduction, name, faculty, programme applying for, date of birth .../.../…., passport number & list of attachments).

Application Process

§  Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending institution.

§  All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee.

§  In complete and late Applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
