 Erasmus+ Key Action 171 Open Call

Spring Semester 2026

Cairo University, Egypt & Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen, Germany

For Staff Teaching Mobility

In the Fields of: Political Science

Deadline: 30 October, 2025

Required Documents:

• A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.


• The mobility agreement should be signed by the applicant, signed & stamped by home faculty.


• Letter of motivation (No more than one page).


• A copy of valid passport or ID.


• Updated professional CV (maximum two pages).

How to apply?

All the required documents should be sent as one clear PDF file by email in the following format:

• Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility) – (Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).


• Email content: (self-introduction, name, faculty, program applying for, & list of attachments).

Important Guidelines:

• DO NOT contact the host university before the nomination and selection process; contacts and queries are only with the International Relations Office at Cairo University.

• Signature & stamp must be right next to the name of the responsible person at the sending institution.


• All applications are pre-screened by the selection committee.


• Incomplete and late applications will be AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
