Cairo University, Egypt & University of Valladolid, Spain.

Deadline: November 3rd, 2025 (23:59 Spanish Time).

Types of Grants: Only Academic Staff: For the academic year 2025-2026 (5 days teaching + 2 days travel).

Required Documents for online submission:-

·      Passport or national identity document.

·      Curriculum vitae following the EUROPASS model

(https://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/es/documents/curriculum-vitae)

·      Letter of recommendation.

·      Certificate position (academic staff) at the home institution

·       Signed mobility proposal by home academic responsible and home administrative responsible (this

            document is issued on step 5 of the application form)

·      Letter of motivation

·      In cases of economically or socially disadvantaged applicants, this must be accredited by providing

the pertinent documents in the home country.

·      In the case of applicants with special needs, applicants must upload the documents required to

      accredit said situation in their home country.

·      Declaration of compliance with tax and national insurance obligations in the matter of grants. This

      declaration must be signed by the applicant. (Template is available on step 6 of the application form).

Important Notes: 

·         Academic staff MUST apply for the scholarship through Valladolid  website: 

·         Staff applicants must submit their proposals for the 5-day mobility exchange.

 The mobility proposal must be indicated in the step 5 of the online application form.
